THE DETAILS:
For Yoda we need to really master the art of being a Jedi, as he is THE Jedi Master. For that, this challenge will focus on the three pillars that Yoda who he was: The Force, Knowledge, and Self-discipline.
For this challenge, you will complete the following:
15 minutes of meditation
15 minutes of stretching
60 minutes of rucking (as far as you can go)

September Challenge
BRING IT ON
The aged Jedi Master Yoda stands as a living embodiment of the Jedi Order's ideals and principles. Nearly 900 years old when Senator Palpatine rises to the position of Supreme Chancellor, Yoda plays a pivotal role in the events leading up to the Clone Wars. During the conflict, he develops strong bonds with the Wookiees and spends considerable time away from Coruscant.

Yoda manages to survive the devastation of Order 66, and with the fall of the Jedi Order, he goes into hiding on Dagobah, waiting for the moment he is needed to help restore balance to the Force. In pursuit of this goal, Yoda trains Luke Skywalker in the ways of the Jedi, preparing him to face Darth Vader and the Emperor. Once this mission is fulfilled, Yoda finally yields to old age and, like many Jedi before him, becomes one with the Force.**

The Details

For this challenge you will complete the following:
15 minutes of meditation
15 minutes of stretching
60 minutes of rucking (as far as you can go)

Weight:
The choice is yours. If you're new, start with a lower weight, like 5 to 10 pounds.
New Ruckers:
Go with a lighter weight or no weight at all.​
Experienced Ruckers:
Use at least 10 additional pounds than you've been previously using. Try to go at least 4 miles in your 60 minutes of rucking.

Complete the entire challenge at once, or divide everything in half. As always, ruckers can join for a distance they are able to complete and modify as needed.

*Monthly subscription price is based on a minimum number of 12 subscribers from a group or ruck club. Patches are mailed to the group or Ruck Club Leader to hand out (refer to the FAQ section for more information).
